Demonstrated communication, organization, and leadership skills are essential, along with problem solving and a proactive sales approach. Food safety certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong communication (oral & written), organization, management and leadership skills to lead a theatre.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to initiate innovative and creative sales and food service activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees.
• Manage the guest experience to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Assist with managing theatre budget and revenue growth.
• Forecast and drive projects to move the business forward in Cineplex Entertainment as Canada’s premier film exhibitor.
