Job summary

Cineplex Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to lead a dedicated team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will help manage budgets, forecast initiatives, and drive revenue while maintaining high guest satisfaction across the theatre.

The role requires flexibility to work extended hours and strong leadership during peak periods. This position offers opportunities to contribute to a premier Canadian entertainment company.

• Experience in a similar environment.

• Proven ability to lead a team during high-volume periods across departments.

What you will do:

Part-Time Assistant Manager Cineplex's Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and look to bring their experience towards providing a fun and entertaining night out. In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and, when necessary, take an active hand to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained. Manage the guest experience - ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit. Assist with managing your theatre's budget and growing revenue. Forecast, initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada's #1 premier film exhibition company.
