Pearson is looking for a Test Center Administrator in Regina, Saskatchewan. This part-time position requires a high school diploma and customer service experience, particularly in proctoring exams. You will ensure secure exam delivery, assist candidates, and perform light housekeeping duties. Compensation is $16.00 per hour with paid sick time. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from the testing room.
• Must bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs (reasonable accommodation).
• Comfortable in a quiet testing environment, able to hear soft voices and see details from a distance.

Responsabilités

• Ensure secure exam delivery and superior customer service.
