Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Administrator in Edmonton, AB. The role focuses on secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a calm environment. You will check in candidates, verify IDs, explain processes and proctor exams while maintaining strict procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience; proctoring experience is highly preferred. Flexible schedule with approx. 10 hours weekly and occasional overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing.
• Comply with testing procedures and company policies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
• Light housekeeping duties in testing areas.
