Oxford Learning Edmonton Tamarack is seeking a dynamic Education Coordinator to support students and families in a hands-on, in-person role. You will inform parents about programs, schedule learners and staff, and help manage assessments and learning plans.

The position emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a passion for helping children build confidence in their academic journey. Local commute is required and the center operates with a close-knit team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum university degree (Credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Math and Business preferred).
• Strong organizational and customer handling skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Additional language (Hindi/Punjabi/French) spoken is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Inform inquiring parents about Oxford Learning programs.
• Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers.
• Set up and administer assessments.
• Establish and oversee student learning programs.
• Liaise with schools, sports teams, and local businesses.
• Maintain contact with parents and discuss child progress.
• Ensure Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained at the centre.
• Create a fun and energetic learning environment daily.
• Coach other teaching members of the team.
