Job summary

Bulk Barn in Ontario seeks a Store Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Supervisor in day-to-day operations, including customer service, cash handling and stock management.

The role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday, with 12 to 25 hours per week. Retail leadership experience is preferred and MS Office proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Supervisor in daily operations.
• Lead staff when Manager is absent and delegate tasks.
• Coach and motivate staff to perform duties effectively.
• Delegate tasks and follow up to ensure timely execution.
• Assist customers and process cash transactions using POS system.
• Restock shelves and unload deliveries.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety at all times.
