Job summary

Bulk Barn Peterborough is seeking a Store Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Supervisor in daily operations, customer service, and team leadership. This part-time role requires flexibility across mornings, days, and evenings.

You will coach staff, delegate tasks, manage cash transactions at the POS, keep the store clean and stocked, and help uphold Bulk Barn standards while ensuring safety and excellent service for customers.

Responsibilities

• In absence of Store Manager, manage staff and ensure that Bulk Barn standards are upheld
• Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities
• Delegate tasks amongst employees
• Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner
• Lead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks
• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminal
• Clean store
• Restock store shelves
• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.)
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned
