Job summary

Bulk Barn is seeking a Store Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Supervisor in daily operations, including supervising staff, modelling Bulk Barn standards, and delivering excellent customer service. You will coach and motivate employees, delegate tasks, handle cash transactions using the POS system, and ensure the store is clean, stocked, and safe.

This permanent, part-time role requires availability across early mornings, days, and evenings, approximately 12 to 25 hours per week, with

Qualifications

• Experience leading staff and managing in-store operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Experience using POS and cash handling.
• Retail environment knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• In absence of Store Manager, manage staff and ensure that Bulk Barn standards are upheld.
• Coach and motivate staff to perform duties to the best of their abilities.
• Delegate tasks amongst employees.
• Follow-up with employees to ensure tasks are executed correctly and timely.
• Lead and assist workers in performing day-to-day tasks.
• Assist customers to meet expectations and provide excellent service.
• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminal.
