Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. (MLSE) is seeking a part-time Labourer in Field Maintenance to support the upkeep of world-class playing surfaces for Toronto FC and Toronto Argonauts at BMO Field and BMO Training Ground.

You will work with the Groundskeeping team to ensure safe, professional-quality fields. The role involves outdoor work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Flexibility to work extended hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfort working outdoors in variable weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the preparation of professional soccer and football fields at BMO Field and BMO Training Ground.
Operate field and landscaping equipment including tractors, mowers, and line trimmers.
Support painting and lining of multiple types of athletic fields to professional standards.
Maintain landscaping around stadium and training facilities to the highest quality.
Assist in the day‑to‑day upkeep of grounds to ensure athlete, staff, and fan safety.
Collaborate with teammates across Operations to deliver exceptional playing conditions.
