Job summary

Bethesda Community Services in Thorold, Ontario, invites applications for a part-time Speech and Language Pathologist within the Children and Youth Services team. The role focuses on assessments, intervention planning, and staff training for clients with developmental disabilities.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, coordinate scheduling, maintain records, and contribute to community education and program development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and CASLPO registration required.
• Minimum two years of experience in speech-language pathology.
• Knowledge of sign language is an asset.
• Experience with developmental disabilities is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and identify goals and service hours.
• Present assessment results and recommendations to caregivers and partners.
• Monitor and update clinical treatment plans with supervision as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and community partners.
