Job summary

Giant Tiger is seeking a part-time Softgoods Associate in Donnacona, QC. You will provide outstanding customer service, handle transactions at registers and SCOs, and help maintain shelves and signage around the checkout area.

The role involves replenishing merchandise, following pricing and planogram standards, and adhering to tobacco and lottery policies. Flexible days/evenings and weekends support a 35–40 hour weekly mix for full-time or up to 24 hours for part-time, with benefits and growth

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service and assist shoppers.
• Accurately record customer transactions in electronic cash register, mainline and SCOs.
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area.
• Follow up on hot selling items and complete markdowns and SKU changes when needed.
• Maintain planograms, labels, tickets and signing standards.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Ensure compliance of all policies when selling Tobacco and Lottery.
• Keep checkout work area clean and organized; follow loss prevention practices.
