Part Time Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

Overview

The Part Time Service Business Development Representative answers incoming calls and greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner. Responsibilities include processing all incoming service inquiries and internet queries, as well as performing clerical and administrative duties for the Service department.

Note: This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

1. Follow up with prospective customers via email.
2. Coordinate questions and issues with relevant departments.
3. Provide administrative support as needed.
4. Manage paperwork, records, and documentation.
5. Handle inbound service calls and coordinate schedules.
6. Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
7. Stay informed about product updates, features, and accessories.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction and guarantee quality service.
9. Set personal goals aligned with dealership standards and develop strategies to achieve them.
10. Provide service management reports.
11. Attend meetings and training sessions.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
