GardaWorld is recruiting a Concierge Security Guard in Toronto to deliver customer-focused security services in offices, hotels, and shopping environments. You will engage with people, manage access, and perform patrols to identify risks while ensuring safety and smooth operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, first aid readiness, and reliable incident reporting on a dynamic shift schedule. Training and uniform are provided by GardaWorld.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid security license.
• WSIB approved First aid certification.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Previous security experience required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, check identification, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct foot patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Perform computer tasks.
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
