Job summary

First Student is hiring Part Time School Bus Drivers in Ajax, Whitby, Pickering and surrounding areas. You will transport students to and from school, with morning and afternoon routes Monday to Friday; no nights, weekends, holidays or summers required.

No experience is necessary as we provide expert training to help you become a safe and professional driver. Benefits include EAP, discounts, and guaranteed minimum hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have a full G license for at least 1 year.
• Looking for a part-time schedule.
• Enjoy working with students.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding/unloading and assist with seatbelts.
• Maintain order on the bus during trips.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with parents and school staff about delays.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety standards.
