Job summary

Transdev East Ferris Bus Lines is seeking part-time school bus drivers to transport students safely to and from school in the Nipissing District. Drivers must maintain a clean driving record, pass a background check, and be 21+.

The role offers on-site work with training and opportunities for overtime on charters. We provide in-class and on-road training, a comprehensive benefits package for qualifying hours, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused and able to transport students safely.
• Must hold a valid minimum G class driver’s license; B class preferred.
• 21 years of age or over; clean driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Knowledge of Nipissing District helpful; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school.
• Ensure student safety during boarding and exiting buses.
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections for safety.
• Assist with fueling and keeping buses clean.
