Porsche Centre Vancouver is currently looking to fill the position of a Part-Time Sales Receptionist.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

  1. Switchboard Operator: Answer all incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently. Manage a high volume of calls through a multi-line switchboard, provide information, relay messages, and announce visitors to staff.
  2. Administration: Assist with overflow tasks such as word processing, data entry, and internet research. Sort and prepare letters and mailings as needed.
  3. Filing Clerk: Perform clerical tasks including organizing invoices and indexed documents, and maintaining cash receipt records.
  4. Front Desk Coordinator: Greet visitors, vendors, and clients, and direct them appropriately. Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
