Job summary

TileTown in Langley, BC, is seeking a friendly, outgoing Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. No tile experience is necessary—we provide training and support as you help homeowners, contractors and designers find the right products for their projects.

You will greet customers, ask questions to understand needs, prepare quotes, process sales and keep the showroom welcoming. This regular part-time role is three days a week (Mon, Fri, Sat) with a pay of $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on

Job Description

TileTown is looking for a friendly, outgoing and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Langley team.

No tile experience is necessary — we will provide training!

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a natural sales mindset and takes pride in providing great customer service. You’ll be helping homeowners, contractors and designers find the right products for their projects while being part of a supportive and experienced team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Greeting customers and helping them find the right products for their projects

Asking questions to understand customers' needs and helping guide their selections

Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service

Preparing quotes and processing sales

Following up with customers on quotes and projects

Helping maintain an organized and welcoming showroom

Working with the team to achieve store sales goals

Learning about our tile products and becoming confident in helping customers with their selections

Qualifications

Friendly, outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with customers

A genuine interest in sales and helping people

Reliable and dependable

Strong communication and customer service skills

Willingness to learn — tile experience is not required

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Previous retail, customer service or sales experience is an asset

Additional Information

This is a regular part-time position working three days per week:

Monday: between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Friday: between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Applicants must be available to work these days on a consistent basis, but also be flexible.

Compensation

$20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
