Job summary

Centanni Tile, Vancouver’s premium importer of exclusive European tile, is looking to add a dynamic new member to our sales and service team. In a showroom setting, you will assist retail residential customers as well as commercial and design professionals with tile selections and coordination, helping them realize their vision with a show-and-tell approach and exceptional service.

You’ll work Tuesday to Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm and Saturday 10:00am - 3:00pm, alongside senior team members,

Qualifications

• 3 years work or academic experience in flooring, fashion or design.
• Enthusiasm for and enjoyment of working with people and making their vision a reality.
• Understanding of business-casual attire and at least a couple outfits suitable for a high-end showroom

Responsibilities

• Assist retail residential customers as well as commercial and design professionals with tile selections and coordination.
• Show-and-tell approach: help clients visualize and realize their design goals in the showroom.
• Arrange samples and uphold Centanni Tile’s unparalleled service ethic with every client.

The Position:

Tuesday to Friday 9:00am -4pm Saturday 10:00am -3:00pm

You will be working in the showroom alongside senior team members to assist retail residential customers as well as commercial and design professionals with putting together compositions for their projects. we have a show-and-tell type approach not a hard sell. You will be helping with tile selections and coordination, arranging samples and most importantly, upholding Centanni Tile’s unparalleled service ethic with every client that comes through the door.

Suggested Qualities or Experience:

3 years work or academic experience in flooring, fashion or design Enthusiasm for and enjoyment of working with people and making their vision a reality. A genuine love of working with people, and the ability to chat with customers to make them feel at home. Understanding of business-casual attire and at least a couple outfits suitable for a high-end showroom
