Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Customer Service: Provide excellent service according to H&M standards, including assisting customers on the selling floor, in fitting rooms, and at checkout. Answer phones courteously and promptly.
2. Job Knowledge: Manage garments through processing, stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising per guidelines. Operate the register, handle transactions, and issue receipts. Unload deliveries, unpack, and label merchandise.
3. Efficiency: Execute price changes, transfers, and register routines. Assist in loss prevention and safety in collaboration with management.
4. Team Player: Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to H&M values and policies.

Qualifications

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 6 months of customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift over 20 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stretching, and climbing.

Competencies:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to recognize sales opportunities and operate a cash register.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
