Job summary

JD Sports CF Carrefour Laval is seeking a Part-time Supervisor to join our Laval location. You will oversee daily operations, coach a team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while managing scheduling and inventory in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

You will lead by example, drive KPIs, and uphold high standards of service, ethics, and teamwork across shifts including nights and weekends. This role focuses on growth and community engagement within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm for customers and athletic products.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis and financial analysis.
• Resourceful and versatile in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
• High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Leadership: inspiring, warm, and capable of driving results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience by being knowledgeable on products offered.
• Train and grow a team focused on delivering outrageous experiences to the community.
• Generate business results and achieve key KPIs.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational standards.
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates and store leadership.
• Learn and share product knowledge and trends to fit customer needs.
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge and upcoming trends.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Support initiatives as guided by the Store Manager.
• Grow the business through community outreach.
