Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as needed.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team during assigned shifts.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and greet customers.
• Drive sales and help achieve targets.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and replenishment.
• Handle exchanges/returns and maintain visual merchandising.
• Follow loss prevention guidelines and store policies.
