Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Ontario is seeking a Merchandiser to represent leading brands at grocery and convenience retailers across assigned stores. You will work Monday to Friday dayshifts with reliable transportation.

Maintain planogram compliance, ensure accurate pricing and product placement, build displays for promotions, rotate stock, and assist with in-store orders. This role offers on-site work, paid training, and opportunities to grow within a national merchandising network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in retail, client, or food broker preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills; Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent reputable brands with professionalism and attention to detail at each visit.
• Ensure planogram compliance, accurate pricing, and correct product placement across stores.
• Maintain shelves, rotate stock for freshness, and process returns for unsellable products.
• Build and maintain displays to support promotions and seasonal launches.
• Look for opportunities to increase sales, such as securing additional placements or encouraging store orders.
• Communicate with store staff and management to strengthen relationships and share feedback.
• Complete reports, timesheets, and recaps accurately and on time.
• Monitor competitors’ activity and share insights with your supervisor.

What You’ll Do:

Physical Requirements:
