• Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Representing DHL (Uniform and Tidiness).
• Accurate scanning and inspection of OB shipments.
