Job description

The Campus Auto Group is seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Part-time Receptionist at our Campus Nissan Victoria location. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of our dealership and contribute to creating positive experiences for our valued customers. Shift:

Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

  • Temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent come Fall

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be the frontline ambassador of the Dealership, responsible for greeting all incoming guests, visitors, and team members while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers visiting the showroom and inquiring about the purpose of their visit.
  • Referring customers to the appropriate department, notifying the concerned employee, and introducing customers to sales consultants.
  • Welcoming and serving customers visiting the service and sales departments.
  • Helping customers with directions or any information they need while maintaining high confidentiality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a tidy and stocked customer waiting lounge, coffee station, and reception desk.
  • Professionally answering phone calls and redirecting them to respective departments.
  • Acquiring basic knowledge about the dealership to respond to general inquiries.
  • Taking payments from customers, issuing receipts, and performing other office duties as requested.
  • Distributing incoming mail to appropriate personnel.

Education and Experience:

  • Front-facing customer service experience is an asset.
  • Experience with PBS is an asset.
  • Dealership admin experience is an asset.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask without compromising quality.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional interaction with coworkers, guests, and vendors.
