Qualifications

• PhD in public administration or another relevant field.
• Knowledge of the social and solidarity economy sector in Ontario and/or Quebec.
• Practical experience working with NGOs, social economy entities or cooperatives is a plus.
• Passive proficiency in the second official language.
• Ability to teach both in-person and online learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Teach INS 2506: Basics of management and administration for social organizations.
• Participate in three scheduled teaching meetings with the School of Social Innovation team during the term.
• Deliver course content in classroom delivery and support online learning tools.
