About The Role

As a Sales Associate, also known as a "Product Specialist," at Skechers, you’re joining a team focused on growth, customer connections, fashion, and comfort. Compensation Rate

STARTING RATE: $18.15

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers to offer personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Sales Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets, developing your retail skills.
  • Store Operations: Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking, and managing merchandise, including lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (up to 50 pounds).
  • Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure a positive checkout experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Skechers products and share details to enhance customer experience and sales.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand.
Candidate Requirements
  • Eager to deliver excellent customer service in an entry-level retail setting.
  • Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling cashier responsibilities.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic representation of the Skechers brand.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not necessary.
  • Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
