Overview

We are one of the leading teams with over 2,000 members utilizing our virtual office called eXp World. This role is remote and based anywhere in Canada. The ideal candidate should be available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time.

Note: This is a 6-month contract position.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and close transactions in Broker Wolf and TRX simultaneously.
2. Determine eligibility for eXpress Pay and update funding sheets accordingly.
3. Verify agent and team splits.
4. Keep transaction productivity status current.
5. Ensure all documentation is complete before closing.
6. Verify dates and allocations are correct in all platforms prior to closing.
7. Communicate deal statuses with agents and the Transactions Department post-closing.
8. Attend meetings as required.
9. Perform tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
10. Maintain effective communication through various channels.
11. Participate in virtual meetings and contribute actively.
12. Follow company policies on data security and confidentiality.
13. Complete projects with attention to detail and quality.
14. Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines.
15. Engage in ongoing training and self-learning.
16. Collaborate with colleagues using remote tools.
17. Take ownership and initiative in work tasks.
18. Be available and responsive during working hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Broker Wolf, Skyslope, and TRX.
• Expertise in Agent ICA and Team Contracts.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in real estate industry preferred.
• Experience in coordinating events and group activities.
• Conflict resolution and active listening skills.
• Proficient in G Suite; Microsoft Office skills are a plus.
• Previous remote work experience.
• Dedicated home office space.
• Comfort with online platforms and remote work tools.

Compensation

The starting salary is CAD 50,000 annually, based on location, experience, skills, and training. Compensation includes base pay and other benefits, with room for growth.
