We are one of the with 2,000+ team members utilizing our virtual office called eXp World. This role is work-from-anywhere in Canada. The ideal candidate will need to be available between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time.

Please note: This is a 6-month contract position.

What you will do:

• Have high attention to detail and a solid understanding of the real estate life cycle process.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Close transactions in Broker Wolf and TRX simultaneously.
• Determine if transactions are eligible for eXpress Pay and add to the funding sheet when applicable.
• Confirm Agent and Team splits.
• Keep productivity tab up to date with current transaction statuses.
• Ensure proper documentation is received prior to closing transactions.
• Ensure dates are correct in all platforms prior to closing.
• Ensure ends are allocated properly in Broker Wolf prior to closing.
• Communicate with Agents & Transactions Department regarding deal status after closing.
• Attend meetings when required.
• Perform designated tasks efficiently within the provided time frame.
• Maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors via email, messaging, or video calls.
• Participate in virtual meetings, provide updates, and engage actively.
• Adhere to company policies, including data security and confidentiality.
• Complete assigned projects with attention to detail and quality.
• Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
• Update job knowledge through training or self-learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues using remote tools.
• Take ownership of work and demonstrate initiative.
• Ensure responsiveness during working hours.
