Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring to support live events and in-store product sampling across Toronto. You will engage customers, present brands, and help create engaging shopping experiences.

Training is provided, no prior experience required, with opportunities to grow within the company. Expect typical shifts of 2-3 days per week, including weekends, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 23 kilograms regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Demonstrates friendly, enthusiastic customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, follow training, and contribute to a team in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and bring brands to life through live events and product sampling.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 23 kilograms on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
