Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Ontario is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to drive in-store sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling at locations where people live and shop.

No prior experience required; training provided. You will be expected to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends, and be able to lift up to 23 kg and stand for several hours.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 23 kilograms on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
