Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking team members to help shape shopping experiences by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling in communities where people live and shop.

The role is part-time with 2-3 shifts weekly, including weekends. No prior experience required as training and team support are provided, plus opportunities for growth and additional hours upon request.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 23 kilograms and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Work area and equipment must be kept clean and safe at all times.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

About you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 23 kilograms on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
