River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, BC, is seeking a Part Time Food & Beverage Host for Gordon Ramsay Steak. You welcome guests, manage seating, and support a premium dining experience in a high-energy steakhouse under Chef Ramsay’s standards.

You will handle reservations, present menus, and guide guests through their experience, ensuring a refined, memorable visit. Prior hospitality experience and Serving It Right are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality settings.
• Strong customer service focus and professional presentation.
• Ability to manage reservations, seating and guest flow.

Responsibilities

• Guest Welcome — create a warm, polished welcome for every guest.
• Seating & Menu Presentation — greet and seat guests and present menus.
• Guest Engagement — engage guests during seating to highlight daily features and convey details to staff.
• Menu Knowledge — explain items, beverages and preparation methods when required.
• Service Support — assist the serving team to maintain attentive service.
• Opening & Closing Duties — ensure host stand is guest-ready at start/end of shift.
• Waitlist & Reservations — maintain accurate waitlists and seating records.
• Cross Team Communication — coordinate with back of house and management.
