The Canadian Opera Company is seeking a part-time Patron Services Supervisor at the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts in Toronto. You will supervise Front of House and Bars/Concessions during performances and work with Facility Management and Event Planning to ensure flawless service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in front-of-house, hospitality, or events, with strong leadership and customer-service skills.

Competenze

At least 2 years’ experience in front of house, food & beverage service, hospitality, and/or events-related roles.
Combination of customer service experience and aptitude as a team lead.
Positive and courteous interactions with guests, clients and colleagues.

Mansioni

Provide service excellence to Patrons and Guests during performances and events.
Coach, train, and support Patron Services staff across shifts; conduct staff briefings.
Respond to customer issues with timely de-escalation and solutions.
Collaborate with FOH and operations to ensure venue readiness and event standards.
Oversee set-up/strike of bar and concession services and supervise equipment and products.
Ensure spaces are clean and closed at shift end and maintain health & safety compliance.
Manage cash handling and daily sales reporting.
Prepare end-of-shift reports and assist with inventory, timesheets, and product orders.
