Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience/Customer Service: uphold retail standards, engage customers, learn interests, and suggest products.
• Visual, Operation, and Safety: maintain merchandising, keep floor clean, assist in daily store operations, process transactions.
• Participation in loyalty programs and achieving sales targets to support store performance.
• Loss prevention awareness and following company policies to minimize shrink.
• Assist in restocking and maintaining store presentation and safety procedures.
