Smarte Carte is seeking a part-time Supervisor for Vaughan Mills Mall and surrounding areas. The role involves maintenance oversight of strollers, carts, and massage chairs at Vaughan Mills Mall.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a customer service role.
• 3 years of field-based product support experience (route) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent communication with employees and service locations.
• Practice safe work processes; assure safety of visitors and employees.
• Inspect and maintain equipment (strollers, carts, massage chairs).
• Complete and submit reports accurately and timely.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
