Job summary

Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino is seeking an Entertainment Technician to support the Entertainment Department in creating and executing professional shows. You will handle setup, tear down, and operation of stage, lighting, and sound systems under the guidance of the Production Supervisor.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or trade certificate and at least three years of event/concert production experience, plus AGCO licensing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or trade school certificate and 3+ years in event/concert production.
• Must obtain/maintain AGCO license and other licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and tear down of events across the venue.
• Assemble/disassemble stages, lighting, sound, and related equipment.
• Load in/out equipment, instruments, wardrobes, and tools for performances.
• Repair and maintain lighting, sound, and fly systems to prevent delays.
