Job summary

Family & Children’s Services of Renfrew County is seeking a part-time Kumon Center Assistant to support instructors in Pembroke or Petawawa. The role involves instructional support for early learners, front-desk duties, and assistance with center marketing and enrollment.

Qualifications

• Strong math and English at high school level.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel within Renfrew County centers.

Responsibilities

• Support Kumon Instructor and Center Instructors with instructional and center management tasks.
• Prepare student files and assist with center operations.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and enrollment activities.
• Front desk support: greet students/parents and handle inquiries.
• Communicate with students and parents during class time.
• Help ensure proper study habits and center routine.
• Assist with grading and providing feedback as needed.
