Job summary

Lacoste in Edmonton is seeking a Keyholder to help achieve store sales goals by communicating Lacoste product features and benefits and building client relationships. You will also assist with inventory, visual standards, and daily store operations to enhance the customer experience.

The role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent customer service, and a willingness to engage customers with product knowledge to maximize store performance.

Qualifications

A Lacoste Keyholder is responsible for achieving Store sales goals by communicating the features and benefits of our product and developing clients and client lists to build relationships with our customers to increase sales. In addition, our Keyholders assist in the overall maintenance and visual presentation of the stores.Essential Job Responsibilities:Customer service and sales Desire to achieve and exceed Store sales goals and KPI’s as determined by the Store Manager.- Passion to connect with customers and drive sales.
