Job summary

Flamborough Family YMCA is seeking a part-time Health & Wellness Coach in Waterdown, Ontario. You will deliver Fitness Consults and Live Well program initiatives, interact with members to foster positive relationships, and supervise the Health & Wellness Centre ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The role offers flexible scheduling with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Qualifications include Standard First Aid and CPR-C, YMCA Leadership Certification IC1/IC2, and Group Fitness/Personal

Qualifications

• Delivery of member-focused health and wellness initiatives.
• Interaction with members to build positive relationships.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the Wellness Centre.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of Fitness Consults and Live Well program initiatives.
• Health and Wellness Centre supervision and safety compliance.
• Engage with members and address their questions or concerns.
• Coordinate with staff on member needs and safety.
• Keep role-specific certifications up to date and on file.
