Userful is seeking a part-time Supply Chain & Shipping Associate to join our Calgary team. This on-site role is the primary contact for hardware logistics, handling shipments for customers and events, with a structured schedule around 24 hours per week.

The position suits students or individuals seeking supplemental income, offering hands-on experience in operations and inventory management while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, supply chain administration, or logistics.
• Familiarity with major courier portals for complex shipments.
• Strong organizational skills with accurate inventory tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate onsite and remote teams.
• Experience with enterprise hardware or related equipment is a plus and training is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shipping and receiving of hardware.
• Coordinate with couriers (DHL, FedEx) and provide quotes & ETA.
• Prepare and ship onboarding welcome kits.
• Support event logistics for trade shows.
• Assist with monthly hardware inventory counts.
• Help update internal supply chain tracking sheets.
• Learn HubSpot functions to support data entry.
