Job summary

Cineplex in Southwestern Ontario is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to lead a dedicated team during busy periods and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You’ll assist with guiding staff, resolving guest needs, and maintaining a positive atmosphere for a night out at the cinema.

You will help manage budgets, forecast initiatives, and drive revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction. This role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and a passion for movies.

Qualifications

• You can analyze and interpret customer needs and offer options, solutions and resolutions.
• You have led a team during high volume periods across multiple departments.
• You have strong conflict resolution, negotiation and objection handling skills.
