Job summary

ThinkRF Corp. in Kanata North (Ottawa) is seeking a part-time Supply Chain Assistant to support logistics, purchasing, and inventory management for customer orders. The role offers flexible part-time hours (up to 16 per week) and opportunity to grow with a fast‑growing tech company.

The ideal candidate has procurement experience, ERP knowledge, and strong Excel skills, with a desire to develop in a hands-on supply chain role within a high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in supply chain, business or accounting.
• 2+ years experience in purchasing or supply chain.
• Experience sourcing electronic components preferred.
• ERP/accounting systems knowledge for purchasing/inventory.

Responsibilities

• Logistics coordination, assisting order packing and shipment completion.
• Goods delivery scheduling, tracking and expediting overdue shipments.
• Production replenishment order purchasing.
• Purchase expense materials required by Engineering and Production Departments.
• Monitoring inventory levels and periodic inventory counts; assist with quarterly counts.
• Maintains and updates kanban procurement signalling system.
