Flexible shifts may include days, evenings, weekends. You will be the face of the store, greet customers, assist with locating products, handle payments, and support loyalty programs while maintaining accuracy and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
• Address customer inquiries and assist with locating products.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Scan items quickly and accurately.
• Process various forms of payment (cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards).
• Process returned items.
• Provide receipts and any necessary change.
• Offer assistance with loyalty programs or coupons.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Perform cash drops and prepare cash deposits as required.
• Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
• Follow store policies and procedures to ensure safety and security.
• Report any spills, hazards, or equipment issues to management.
• Work with other team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments.
• Assist team members with put aways/returns.
