Job Duties / Responsibilities :

• 37.5 hours per week (7 days a week operation)
• Working with a team to unload and load trucks / trailers
• Coaching and performance management
• Reading manifest and ensuring correct product delivery to Couriers
• Cleaning and other duties as required
• Ensuring dock health and safety; acting as Warehouse H&S Lead
• Covering for the Operations Supervisor as needed
• Operating forklift and pallet jack safely when required
• Organizing loading and unloading
• Assisting with scanning and sorting packages
• Setting up the floor plan daily for the next day’s sort
• Performing all other duties as required

Job Requirements :

• Experience in a warehouse environment, with knowledge of logistics, trucking, and loading requirements is an asset
• Forklift certification and experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work under deadlines, with a focus on safety and quality control
• Resourceful and adaptable to change; able to work well under pressure
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Effective communication skills in noisy environments
• Ability to lift / push / pull up to 50 lbs
• Responsible use of PPE at all times
