As a Store Manager , you will report to the District Manager and lead an inclusive store environment that fosters diverse customer connections. Your responsibilities include directing the team to meet sales and profit goals, recruiting, managing performance, training, and development. Adaptability to various situations, challenges, and schedules is essential for success.

Day in the life (What you will do) :

• Ensure store meets company objectives and KPI targets
• Manage operations, including policies, procedures, shrink / loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
• Recruit, develop, and train sales-focused, customer-centric staff
• Model excellent customer service to foster positive customer experiences and loyalty
• Implement merchandising strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment
• Maintain open communication with the District Manager

Who you are (What you will bring) :

• At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• Proven success in leading teams to achieve sales targets
• High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
