Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Red Deer, AB is seeking a Part-time Early Morning Service Team Member to provide friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a quick, accurate checkout experience.

You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, execute planograms, and maintain store recovery while upholding SOPs and safety standards; training and benefits are provided for part-time team members.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise standards to support brand promises.
• Support Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS).
• Follow SOPs and company policies, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
