Sales Support Supervisor

Role Overview

As part of our customer service team, you embody our culture by delivering exceptional experiences. You assist with presenting our products confidently, handle transactions, manage inventory, and support store operations, ensuring customers receive the full Spence experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service
  • Support sales during busy times by guiding customers through the showroom experience
  • Present products, highlight features and benefits, and process jewelry repairs
  • Follow up on repairs via phone or email
  • Perform quality checks and ensure smooth order pickups
  • Handle calls and emails professionally
  • Manage cash and end-of-day processing
  • Maintain showroom appearance and store tidiness
Candidate Qualities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Energetic, outgoing, with strong customer relationship skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new software
  • Availability of at least 3 days a week, including 1 weekend day
  • Bonus: previous admin or reception experience
Compensation

The pay range is $17.20-$20.25/hour, based on location, skills, and experience.
