• Experience with reconciliation processes and commission review.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Weekly bank and trust account reconciliations.
• Reviewing commission and transaction entries for accuracy.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable oversight.
• Payroll support and processing coordination.
• HST tracking and remittance preparation.
• Monthly reconciliations and accounting cleanup.
• Weekly bank review and reporting for management.
• Reviewing closing activity on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Identifying discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
• Assist with month-end accounting procedures as needed.
