Ever After Custom Homes in Burlington, ON is seeking a Part-Time Construction Labourer / Site Support to keep residential sites clean, organized, and safe. You'll travel between active project sites across Southern Ontario, performing site cleanup, material handling, deliveries, and small handyman tasks.
Ideal candidates are dependable, punctual, able to work independently, with basic hand and power tool experience, and willing to take on a variety of site-support duties.
Location: Burlington, ON | Projects throughout Hamilton, the GTA & Southern Ontario
Compensation: $23-$27/hour, depending on experience
Hours: Approximately 20-30 hours per week, with potential to grow into a full-time position

As our Construction Labourer / Site Support, you'll help keep our residential construction sites clean, organized, protected, and ready for the next stage of work.
You'll travel between active project sites as needed, completing a mix of site cleanup, material handling, deliveries, basic labour, minor demolition, temporary protection, and small handyman-type tasks.
Some days may involve preparing a site before trades arrive. Others may involve moving materials, making a dump run, cleaning up exterior areas, helping a trade carry materials, or completing a list of small deficiencies.
You'll often be trusted to work through assigned tasks independently, document what you've completed, and communicate clearly with the project team.
