Job summary

Bluboho in Vancouver is seeking a part-time team member who helps guests find meaningful jewelry and builds lasting connections. You’ll read guests’ moments, guide selections, and contribute to store performance through thoughtful service.

With a passion for people and a curiosity to learn, you’ll participate in training, protect inventory, and collaborate with teammates to create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door.

• own your numbers: work toward daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance — connection and results aren’t in tension here
• learn our pieces, our materials, and the stories behind them well enough to match the right piece to the right story
• execute merchandising flips and maintain a space — cases, floor, glass, and the jewelry itself
• communicate bluboho’s mission and vision the same way to every guest and every teammate
• attend training and development sessions, and treat feedback as fuel
• keep an eye on the floor — asset protection matters, always
• pitch in wherever the day needs you
